Family Welfare Fund – Stryker

Stryker Ayurveda is committed to supporting its leaders and their families. Under the Child Welfare Fund, this benefit is exclusively available for Diamond Level and above Leaders.

Support for Family

In the unfortunate event of the demise of an eligible Leader, the company takes responsibility for the education of up to two dependent children.

Financial Assistance

  • Financial support up to ₹30,000 per child per year
  • Applicable till 12th standard education

Eligibility Criteria

The Leader must have been active for at least 3 months prior to the demise.
