Return & Exchange Policy
In case of dissatisfaction, or any manufacturing or packaging defect, retail customers
may return or exchange the product from the distributor from whom it was purchased
within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Customers must provide:
- A valid reason for return
- Original customer order receipt
- Product in original condition
If a refund or replacement is requested, the distributor shall fulfill the request.
The distributor may then exchange the product with the company within 15 days of
the invoice date by submitting:
- Product Return Form
- Valid reason for return
- Copy of invoice
- Copy of customer order receipt
- Products to be returned

Refund Policy
Customers who are not satisfied with product quality, including manufacturing
or packaging defects, may return the product within
15 days from the date of the online invoice.
Refund eligibility conditions:
- Product must be in good condition
- Unopened, unused, resaleable, and unaltered
- Minimum three months of shelf life remaining
- Return shipping charges to be borne by the customer
Customer options:
- Exchange with same or different product
- OR refund (processed within 15 working days)

Returns After 15 Days
Returns beyond 15 days are accepted only under exceptional and genuine circumstances,
subject to approval by Stryker Ayurveda management.
Reasons must not involve misuse, manipulation, or unwillingness to retail or
use the products.
Refund Amount (After 15 Days):
(Purchase Price) – (Sales Commission Paid) – (Shipping Charges) – (5% Service Charge)
Stryker Ayurveda reserves the right to reject any such request after unbiased investigation.

Buy Back Policy
Distributors who wish to resign may return unused Stryker Ayurveda products
under the Buy Back Policy.
Products must be:
- Usable, resaleable, and re-stockable
- Unopened, unaltered, and undamaged
- Minimum three months of shelf life remaining
- Purchased within the last 30 days
Refund Amount:
(Distributor Price) – (Bonuses Paid) – (10% Service Charge)
This policy ensures responsible and wise purchasing by distributors.
